A romantic antique French medallion pendant with ivy leaves border details crafted in 18K Rose Gold from the Belle Époque era.
The oval shaped pendant has a detailed embossed lush ivy leaves on the left side of the pendant face flanking engraved initials "AB". The back is engraved with 1905.
